Buffalo board member Vivian Evans still on board


Buffalo News reported Vivian O. Evans has steadfastly maintained that she intends to keep her house in Buffalo and commute in for board meetings every two weeks to continue serving on the board.“I’m going to continue to serve my constituents and the children of Buffalo,” Evans said. “I am accessible for my constituents.
