Oversight sought for battlefield 'bags of cash' in Iraq, Afghanistan / The Christian Science Monitor - CSMonitor.com
Imagine if the Federal government provided similar bags of cash to school leaders without any oversight. Where would all the money go? Next time you hear there is no cash for education, ask a military commander to give you a loan.
